Woodland sessions for Pre-Schools and Nurseries
We offer a beautiful woodland garden for your children to play and learn in. A fully qualified teacher to lead the sessions*. A termly planned programme, enhanced by the seasons and linked closely to the EYFS Development Matters document. The sessions are aimed at 3-4 year olds. The children will be able to swing, slide, play in the mud kitchen, make dens, use simple woodwork tools and enjoy some treats around the campfire.
*Certified Forest School Leader (Level 3), Up to date DBS, Paediatric First Aid certificate, child protection certificate and public liability certificate with RSA. All available on request.
The sessions run throughout the year, Monday-Friday term time only.
There are two sessions available each day.
Session 1. 9.30am -11.00am
Session 2. 12.30 - 2.00pm
There is some flexibility with the times of the sessions.
COST
Each session costs £75 for a max 15 children. This works out at £5 per child but if you have less children the session still costs £75. We ask that each setting books a whole term which is a minimum of 10 weeks.
SAFE RATIOS
We require you to bring 2 qualified adults to each session with a maximum of 15 children. At least one member of staff must hold a full and relevant level 3 qualification.
