Parent &Toddler weekly sessions

Thursday toddler group at 'The Hermitage Centre' is fun, creative and educational. The session is run by a fully qualified teacher. It is aimed at parents and carers with children aged 2-4yrs, babes in arms are welcome too! Each week the session starts inside with lots of quality toys and activities for the children and parents to engage with. Mid way through the session there is an opportunity for the children to play outside in the woodland garden which has a tree swing, mud kitchen, a mud slide and much, much more. If you fancy staying in for the whole session that's fine too. There is a hot drink on arrival, and the session always finishes with a story or a song. Take a look at the gallery to see what's gone on so far. This group is term time only.

What people are saying...

"These sessions are so friendly, interesting and calm. Franky thinks up such a lovely range of original activities which my son loves. He's always so happy to come here. I'm learning lots about how my children play and learn thanks to Franky's wealth of knowledge on Child Development".

- Liz Richardson

"This is a real little gem that I am reluctant to share. It is quite different

to most other toddler groups. The session is calm and organised, the

room is light and the resources are engaging. The children also have

access to an amazing outside space".

-Emma Johnson

"My two year old son loves coming here on a Thursday morning. Every week there are so many fantastic resources

to play with and the garden is amazing. The group has a lovely feel and I’ve learnt so much about children’s play and development. Thank you"

- Sally Sholl

"Having first-hand experience of Franky's fun and inspiring teaching style with our eldest son, who thrived in her reception class, we feel lucky and excited that our younger son is attending Inside Out Learning, and he loves it".

- Rich Murley

"We had our first session last week and I was very impressed. It was well organised, informative, a very calm and friendly atmosphere and resources which kept my three year old easily entertained. The following day my son expected to return for another session and cried when I said he'd have to wait a week! I think that's telling he enjoyed it as much as me and tomorrow we're looking forward to going again."

-Rebecca Oliver

"Such a brilliant concept run by an awesome lady. I’m so glad I still have 2 little ones who can experience it and get new ideas for their play. Thank you x"
